defi AUTO, LLC and its affiliated companies (collectively, "defi" or "defi SOLUTIONS") offers cloud-based loan origination and servicing platforms that give banks, credit unions and other lenders flexible technology for managing their loan portfolios (the “Services”).
What This Policy Covers
defi operates the website located at defiSolutions.com (“Site” or “Website”). defi respects and protects the privacy of those who interact with our Website. This policy (“Policy” or “Privacy Policy”) is intended to describe how defi manages the data related to Site visitors (“you”) that it may acquire through your interaction with the Website. The Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you and our practices for how we use, protect, maintain and disclose such information. The Policy also describes certain rights you may have over information that we collect from you. This Policy does not apply to information that defi maintains on its systems related to the consumers whose loans may be processed by our originations and servicing software.
