Consent to Terms and Conditions

By registering for this Event, the registering party, on behalf of its attendee(s), acknowledges and agrees that defi AUTO, LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Event Organizer”) may collect, use, and share each attendee’s full name, affiliated company, job title, and company email address (collectively, “Attendee Information”) with other attendees and participants. This information may be included in both a pre-Event registration list and a post-Event attendance list, intended solely for networking, collaboration, and communication related to the Event.

Additionally, by registering and participating in the Event, the registering party, on behalf of its attendee(s), grants the Event Organizer and its affiliates the right to capture and use the image and voice of the attendee(s), as recorded in video or audio formats, for promotional, educational, or informational purposes. This includes the right to use selected quotes or excerpts, which may be transcribed into written form. The registering party, on behalf of its attendee(s), waives any right to compensation or to review or approve the final materials and releases the Event Organizer from any claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of such content, including but not limited to defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights.

By completing and submitting this registration, the registering party confirms that they have the authority to provide the required Attendee Information and to give consent on behalf of all individuals being registered. The registering party further acknowledges and agrees that the Event Organizer reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with such changes applying prospectively.

We’ll share the official shipping address as soon as it’s confirmed. In the meantime, please plan to ship your clubs so they arrive no earlier than three (3) days prior to your arrival. When shipping, be sure to clearly label your clubs with your full name to ensure proper handling upon arrival.
