A current customer needed to convert their loan accounts. Consultants told them it could not be done. The defi team came together and recently converted over 1 million retail loan accounts into our defi SERVICING SaaS system for this long-standing auto captive client. This complex and multi-layered conversion included replacing 12 legacy platforms, preserving more than 100 different partner integrations, and streamlining 72 different business processes. We also achieved additional efficiencies for the client, as we were able to completely automate our repossession assignment and charge-off process.
