A. The defi COMMUNITY Portal is a centralized place for learning, knowledge sharing, asking questions, and managing the onboarding process. The portal is a hub of information to help you make the most out of the defi SOLUTIONS family of products. The portal contains a wealth of content: Video’s, Articles, How-To’s and Wiki’s. The portal also has message board, idea board, bidding portal and a tool for managing the process of onboarding new customers.
A. Designated COMMUNITY Portal users will receive system generated emails from noreply@defisolutions.com and system@litmos.com with instructions to login.
A. The portal is web-based and can be accessed from any device with access to the internet. Also, our portal can be accessed via the Salesforce mobile application.
A. As many as needed to ensure the proper value is being generated for our clients and the community. We will help you determine this during the onboarding phase.
A. If you would like additional user accounts, please talk to your Product Manager.
A. Yes, all defi COMMUNITY Portal users have access to the complete how-to video library.
A. Questions on the portal are answered by other defi customers, defi Product Managers, or defi Product Analysts.
